John Guido

John Guido PT, tDPT, SCS, ATC, CSCS

  • Lead Physical Therapist Sports Medicine Division, Ochsner Health System, New Orleans, LA

John has authored book chapters and published several research studies. His main focus in research has been on the kinematics and kinetics of the overhand athlete. He has had the opportunity to work with athletes at all levels of competition, including Tulane University, the Miami Heat, the Texas Rangers, the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans. He currently works in the sports medicine division of Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, LA, where his responsibilities include direct patient care with an emphasis on shoulder, knee, elbow and hip rehabilitation.
